Privacy
Privacy & Children's Privacy
Effective: 7 September 2026
1. Who operates Zetalta
Zetalta is conceived, engineered, and operated by Hanvanta Technologies Private Limited. Where Hanvanta determines the purpose and means of processing personal data, it acts as the responsible data fiduciary or equivalent controller as required by applicable law.
2. Data we may process
Depending on the feature used, Zetalta may process account details, age or grade information, learning preferences and progress, project activity, content a user creates, collaboration activity, device and security information, support requests, and transaction or entitlement records. We aim to collect only data necessary for the feature and its safety, security and legal obligations.
3. Children and young users
Zetalta is designed for young users, so children's privacy is a core product requirement. Where the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA) applies to a user under 13, or where another law requires parent or guardian authorization for a child, Zetalta must obtain the required authorization before collecting personal information except where an applicable legal exception permits limited collection. Parent and guardian rights may include notice, review, deletion, consent withdrawal and controls over further collection or disclosure.
4. India DPDP protections
For users in India, personal-data processing is designed to operate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and applicable rules, including the additional protections that apply to children. Product implementation, notices, consent flows and retention controls must follow the requirements in force for the relevant processing activity.
5. How data is used
Data may be used to provide learning and project features, personalize permitted experiences, keep accounts secure, moderate content, support collaboration, measure product reliability, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations and improve Zetalta. Sensitive or child-related data should not be used for unrelated advertising or unsafe profiling.
6. AI and external services
Some features may use AI, cloud, communication, payment or other service providers. Access is limited by the feature, account permissions and applicable policy. Secrets, credentials and unrelated private information should not be placed into model context. Providers are evaluated for security, data handling and suitability for the intended user group.
7. Retention, deletion and security
Personal data should be retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal requirements, safety and account administration. Zetalta uses access controls, authentication, auditability and other safeguards appropriate to the service. Users, parents or guardians may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
8. Contact and policy updates
Privacy or legal requests can be submitted through official Hanvanta or Zetalta support channels. This notice may be updated when features, providers or legal requirements change; material changes should be communicated through the service where appropriate.
