1. Operator
Zetalta is conceived, engineered, and operated by Hanvanta Technologies Private Limited. These Terms govern access to and use of zetalta.com and related Zetalta services.
2. Young users and accounts
Zetalta is designed for young learners and builders as well as parents, teachers, mentors and organizations. Account creation, participation, communication, publishing and transactions may be subject to age-appropriate controls, parent or guardian involvement, school policies and applicable law.
3. Learning and project content
Educational explanations, AI outputs, project instructions and engineering suggestions are learning aids. Users must follow safety instructions, adult supervision requirements and applicable rules when working with tools, electronics, machinery, chemicals, fabrication equipment or other potentially hazardous materials.
4. AI-assisted features
Zeta and other AI-assisted features can make mistakes. Important facts, safety instructions, academic work and decisions involving money or personal information should be independently checked. Automated actions may be limited by permissions, policy and approval requirements.
5. User content and conduct
Users must only upload or publish material they are authorized to use and must not use Zetalta for harassment, exploitation, unsafe activity, unlawful content, impersonation, privacy violations, malware or attempts to bypass platform protections.
6. Marketplace, challenges and opportunities
Where Zetalta offers marketplace, competition, grant, sponsorship or other opportunity features, the specific listing or program rules shown for that feature govern eligibility, payments, fulfillment, judging, refunds and other program-specific terms. A listing on Zetalta is not itself a promise of funding, prize money, admission or commercial success.
7. Changes and availability
Features may change as Zetalta evolves. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, maintenance or protection of users.
